~Returned items received will be examined by the quality check team. Failing to meet the qualifying conditions mentioned will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

~If you purchase from a retail store or 3rd party website other than IRO, the inquiry must be made directly through that retailer.

~International orders are not eligible for returns/exchanges or refunds.

The minimum cost for reverse exchange, wherein you have chosen for us to collect it, comes at a cost of Rs. 150 which is borne by the customer. You can follow the easy procedures through the website in case you like to exchange the style in a different style.

*Credit Note: All items purchased from our website can be returned for a credit coupon within 14 days from the date of delivery. The entire amount of the returned product (excluding shipping cost) will be credited to the coupon code.

How to use a IRO Credit Note: 

~IRO Credit Note can be applied on our website at the checkout page.

~On the checkout page, you have to apply the credit note code in the 'DISCOUNT CODE' section and click on 'APPLY'.

~The discount code will immediately be reflected and the amount will be deducted in the total as per your discount amount given.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

iroshops.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.

Custom IRO Policy:

~A Custom IRO product can only be a PREPAID ORDER.

~A Customised product cannot be Exchanged OR Returned.

~We request you to kindly check your size before placing an order. Once the initials are engraved, the product cannot be Returned OR Exchanged.
